Talentbank is Malaysia's authority in employability and career development. Since 2010, we have worked as an employability ecosystem builder, connecting students, graduates, working adults, universities, employers and government stakeholders across the country.

Over the past 16 years, Talentbank has organised more than 400 career fairs and built partnerships with over 100 universities nationwide. We currently run more than 50 career fairs annually, working with over 700 employer partners to bring job seekers and hiring companies together.

Our work goes beyond events. We support graduates and working adults with employability resources, career guidance and upskilling opportunities, helping them navigate the job market with confidence. For employers, we help build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding, connecting them with the right candidates at the right time. Universities partner with us to improve student outcomes and deepen industry engagement, while we also work closely with government stakeholders on national employability initiatives.

Talentbank runs flagship community programmes including MentorXChange and the Graduates' Choice Award, both aimed at supporting career growth and recognising excellence in the graduate hiring space. We are also building new service lines, including Talentbank Events Academy, an HRD Corp claimable training arm, and CareerOS, an AI-powered employability platform designed to support job seekers and employers alike.
